Ship Sticks acknowledges that an occasional incident may occur to your golf clubs that have been shipped. If your shipment happens to encounter damage while in transit, a claim needs to be filed. To file a claim please contact a Ship Sticks Customer Service Representative immediately. A Ship Sticks Customer Service Representative can be reached by telephone at (855) 867-9915 or by email at claims@shipsticks.com

Once a Ship Sticks Customer Service Representative has been notified, a Ship Sticks Claims Form must be completed and returned to the customer service representative’s attention. The claims form can be downloaded below. The completed claims form can be faxed, emailed or mailed to the customer service representative. Upon receipt of the completed claims form, your claim will be submitted to a third party underwriter for approval.

Following approval of the submitted claim, a reimbursement check will be issued to the individual that processed the shipment with Ship Sticks. Please be aware that the claims process can take up to 30 days before the claim is approved and/or paid. Ship Sticks reserves the right to deny any claim that has been submitted, without valid documentation and photos. Damaged merchandise must be made available to Ship Sticks or any third party vendor used to further investigate the damage that has occurred.

Ship Sticks insures against complete loss of or against any physical damage that has occurred to the shipment while in transit. For items not shipped in a box, the outside casing is considered the shipping container and will not be insurable.

ALL CLAIMS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO SHIP STICKS WITHIN 5 BUSINESS DAYS OF THE SCHEDULED DELIVERY DATE.
