APPLICABILITY: These official rules (these “Rules”) govern the sweepstakes found on https://www.shipsticks.com/sweeps/ireland-dreamgolfgetaway/terms (this “Sweepstakes”).

HOW TO ENTER: To enter the Dream Ireland Golf Getaway Sweepstakes, eligible participants must visit https://www.shipsticks.com/sweeps/ireland-dreamgolfgetaway between 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on June 16, 2025, and 11:59 p.m. ET on July 16, 2025, and submit a valid email address using the designated entry form. No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win. Entries generated by script, macro, robotic, automated, or other mechanical or programmed means, or by any means that subvert the entry process, are void and will result in disqualification. Multiple entries will not be accepted. Entrants may not enter more than once using multiple email addresses, identities, or devices, nor may they use any method intended to circumvent the entry limitations or these Rules. Any such attempts will result in disqualification of all associated entries. Participants may also enter by mailing a 3” x 5” card, postage prepaid, with their full name, email address, and mailing address to: Dream Ireland Golf Getaway Sweepstakes, Attn: Sweepstakes Entry, 11400 North Jog Road, Suite 300, Palm Beach Gardens, Florida 33418. Mailed entries must be postmarked by July 16, 2025, and received by July 17, 2025.

ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States (excluding Rhode Island, New York, and Florida) and the District of Columbia who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older as of June 16, 2025. Employees of Global Sticks Express, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Sponsor” or “ShipSticks”), and their respective owners, directors, officers, managers, employees, affiliates, subsidiaries, agents, and immediate family members (defined as spouses, parents, siblings, and children, and their respective spouses) or individuals residing in the same household, whether or not related, are not eligible to participate. All entrants are subject to verification of eligibility by the Sponsor. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry or entrant, including but not limited to entries deemed, in Sponsor’s sole discretion, to be fraudulent, incomplete, inaccurate, or submitted in bad faith. Participation in the Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law and is subject to all applicable federal, state, local, and international laws and regulations. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received. Entrants are responsible for ensuring their participation complies with all laws and regulations in their jurisdiction of residence.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: By entering this Sweepstakes, entrants waive all right to, and hold the Promotion Parties harmless from, any claim, liability, loss, damage (including punitive, incidental, and consequential damages), or expense (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in connection with participation in this Sweepstakes or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize. Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitations or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so the above may not apply to you. Sponsor will not be responsible for: late, incomplete, or incorrect entries; an entrant’s failure to receive prize notices due to entrant’s spam, junk e-mail, or other security settings or for entrants’ provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information; technical, hardware, or software malfunctions, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, garbled, or delayed electronic communications whether caused by the sender or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or used in this sweepstakes; by any human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in this sweepstakes; or any typographical, technological, or other error in the publishing of the offer, administration of the sweepstakes, or announcement of the prizes. If, in the Sponsor’s opinion, there is such an error, or there is any suspected evidence of tampering with any portion of this Sweepstakes, or if technical difficulties (including viruses and bugs) compromise the integrity of this Sweepstakes, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, cancel or modify this Sweepstakes in a manner deemed appropriate by the Sponsor. In the event of termination, winners will be selected from among all eligible entries received as of date of termination. In the event a dispute arises as to the identity of a potentially winning entrant, entries will be declared made by the name on the online entry form. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if it becomes impractical due to pandemic, natural disaster, war, acts of terrorism, government restriction, or any event beyond Sponsor’s control (“Force Majeure Event”).

META RELEASE: This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, Meta, or any other entity other than the Sponsor. Entrants are providing their information to the Sponsor and not to any other party. Further, entrants fully release and hold Meta harmless from any liability arising out of or in connection with the Sweepstakes.

PRIZES: Three (3) potential winners will each receive one (1) Dream Ireland Golf Getaway for themselves and one (1) guest, subject to verification by Sponsor, as set forth below (each, a “Prize Winner”). Each of the Prize Winners will receive the Dream Ireland Golf Getaway, Airfare, Gift Card, and Shipping prizes listed below (together, the “Prize”). The total value of the Prize is $20,432.00.

Dream Ireland Golf Getaway (Value $16,932): The getaway will take place from October 9*, 2025, through October 15, 2025, and includes the following:

Accommodations:

All accommodations are based on double occupancy and are subject to availability at the time of booking.

Two (2) nights at Slieve Donard Hotel

One (1) night at The Green Hotel

Golf Experiences:

One (1) round of golf for two (2) people at each of the following courses. Green fees are included; all other golf-related expenses (e.g., caddies, equipment rental, tips) are the responsibility of the winner and guest.

Transportation:

Transportation is limited to the itinerary as outlined by the Sponsor or its designee and must be coordinated in advance. Any changes to travel arrangements may result in additional costs, which are the sole responsibility of the winner.

Airport meet-and-greet service upon arrival in Ireland.

Ground transportation via a dedicated coach and driver for the duration of the itinerary.

Airfare (Value $2,000):

Travel credit to be used towards Round-Trip Airfare for two (2) individuals, in the amount of $1,000 USD per person. The winner must make all travel arrangements, and any airfare costs in excess of $1,000 shall be the responsibility of the prize winner.

Gift Card (Value $500.00):

One (1) $500.00 USD gift card to Sugarloaf Social Club, redeemable for premium golf apparel and merchandise. Use of the gift card is subject to the terms and conditions set by Sugarloaf Social Club. The gift card is non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and will not be replaced if lost, stolen, or damaged. Any purchases exceeding the value of the gift card are the sole responsibility of the winner.

Shipping (Value $1,000):

Round-trip shipping of one (1) set of golf clubs for both the winner and one (1) guest, provided by ShipSticks. Shipments must originate and return to a valid residential or business address. All shipments must be scheduled in accordance with ShipSticks’ standard service guidelines and within the designated travel window provided by the Sponsor. Shipping services are non-transferable, have no cash value, and are subject to ShipSticks’ terms and conditions. Any additional shipments or services requested outside of what is specified above will be at the winner’s sole expense.

All elements of the prize must be used on the dates and in the manner specified by the Sponsor and are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash or credit. Any costs or expenses not specifically included above, including but not limited to meals, gratuities, incidentals, and travel insurance, are the sole responsibility of the winner and guest.

CONSOLATION PRIZES: Seven (7) potential winners will receive one (1) consolation prize, subject to verification by Sponsor, as set forth below (each, a “Consolation Prize Winner”). Each consolation prize is subject to the terms and conditions provided by the Sponsor at the time of redemption. Consolation prize winners will be selected at random following the selection of the Grand Prize Winners.

• Three (3) winners will each receive 50% off one (1) domestic ShipSticks shipment.
• Two (2) winners will each receive $25.00 off one (1) domestic ShipSticks shipment.
• One (1) winner will receive $100.00 off one (1) domestic ShipSticks shipment.
• One (1) winner will receive one (1) free round-trip domestic ground ShipSticks shipment.

PRIZE TERMS: Prizes listed consist of only those items specifically listed as part of the prize. Limit one prize per family or household. No substitution or transfer of prize permitted by winner. The total prize value is Sponsor’s good faith determination, and is final and binding and cannot be appealed. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. In the event that any portion of the prize becomes unavailable for any reason, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute that portion with a comparable prize element of equal or greater value at its sole discretion. All federal, state, and local taxes associated with the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winners may be required to submit a completed IRS Form W-9 and will receive an IRS Form 1099-MISC for the retail value of the prizes. All prizes will be awarded. If a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, Sponsor will award the applicable prize to an alternate winner from among the remaining entries. Only three (3) alternate drawings will be held, after which the prize will remain un-awarded. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with any third party.

PUBLICITY RIGHTS: By accepting a prize, the winner grants Sponsor and its designees the right, unless prohibited by law, to use their name, likeness, voice, photograph, and any statements made regarding the Sweepstakes for promotional, advertising, and publicity purposes, in any media worldwide, without additional compensation or consent.

CHOICE OF LAW AND FORUM: Entrant agrees that all matters arising out of or relating to this Sweepstakes and these Rules are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Florida, without giving effect to any of its conflict of laws provisions thereof. Entrant further agrees that any disputes arising out of this Sweepstakes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by binding arbitration administered under the rules of the American Arbitration Association in West Palm Beach, Florida.

PRIVACY: Information submitted with an entry is subject to the Privacy Policy located at https://www.shipsticks.com/privacy. The Sponsor prioritizes the privacy and security of all contestants. The Sponsor will never ask for personal information, such as passwords, financial details, or sensitive data, through any official giveaway channels. The Sponsor strongly advises all contestants to exercise caution and refrain from sharing any personal or sensitive information with any unofficial or suspicious accounts claiming to be affiliated with this Giveaway. The Sponsor shall not be held responsible for any consequences that may arise from sharing personal information with such accounts.

WINNERS LIST: For the names of prize winners, available after July 31, 2025, send a self-addressed, stamped #10 envelope to: Sponsor.
